Jones at Beach 2

We made it safely home from DC this past weekend, but then packed up the car again to meet my family for a week in Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is one of my favorite places on earth, so it's especially wonderful to be here with some of our favorite people.

this is so beautiful!

can you believe i've lived in MI my entire life and have NEVER been to the dunes??!!

ugh! something to rectify! perhaps in these final days of summer, i'll take a trip there!

I was just in Sleeping Bear Dunes about a month ago! It's so gorgeous up there, and I loved camping in Manistee!

I was just at the dunes last week when I went to visit my grandparents who live in Traverse City! I even saw them from the plane when we left on Sunday, they are humongous. What a sweet picture.
