Went for a walk along the Potomac with friends. I love sunsets by the water. At the end of our stroll, I reached over to grab Cree's hand and quickly realized it wasn't my husband after all! I haven't blushed that badly in a long while. It gave everyone a good laugh.

ReplyDeleteI can't remember if in my things to do in DC suggestions I mentioned Gravelly Point. If so-- major oversight! I don't know if you've discovered it already, but it's amazing. On the Mt. Vernon trail by DCA airport. You can lie on the grass and the planes come in for landing right above you. It's incredible.
