More shots from the barn in Elba, Idaho. I love the old rusty details....and such pretty lighting.

Speaking of lighting, I've been wanting to take photos of my work to post, but by the time I get home from work, it's much too dark. I prefer to use natural light, and I'd rather not fill my weekends with taking portfolio photos. What's a girl to do. So frustrating. Anyone have any suggestions?

PS. I've been listening to the Fantastic Mr. Fox soundtrack all week on Grooveshark. It helps brighten the otherwise gloomy days. :)

  1. Oh I love Fantastic Mr. Fox movie and I remember thinking how fantastic the music was too, I should look that up. You are seriously talented, I just adore your photos and your amazing eye. Over the holidays, when I had more time on my hands, I was taking photos of everything around me and I look forward to the weekend when I have daylight for photos too, so I know what you mean. Have a great rest of the week! Natasha xo

  4. I have the same problem. I always feel my pictures look best when I take them in the sun. Once it's gone it's hard to get the same quality.

I never knew Ohio was so pretty. It looks so peaceful.

  5. Did you cook hot dogs in the pump house thing/place? I have good memories of a short trip there.
